System Governance

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs the use of all services, products, platforms, applications, APIs, and resources (collectively, the "Services") provided by PsyData Labs L.L.C.[cite: 280, 281]. This AUP is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms of Service[cite: 282].

2. Scope

3. General Use Requirements

4. Prohibited Activities

4.1 Security & System Integrity

4.2 Data & AI Misuse

  • Processing biometric or health data without authorization[cite: 308, 309].
  • Attempting to reverse engineer or replicate AI models[cite: 314].
  • Using AI outputs to deceive, manipulate, or harm individuals[cite: 313, 315].

4.3 Behavioral & Psychological Ethics

Given our specialization, users are strictly prohibited from[cite: 317, 320]:

  • Exploiting behavioral insights to harm or target individuals without consent[cite: 321, 322].
  • Using Services for coercion, harassment, or exploitation[cite: 323].
  • Conducting unethical research or experimentation[cite: 324].

5. Sensitive Data Use

Processing of health, biometric, or psychological data requires a lawful basis and necessary agreements (e.g., DPA, BAA) must be active and in place[cite: 328, 329, 330, 331]. All data must be handled in compliance with applicable laws[cite: 332].

6. System Integrity and Fair Use

Users must not overload Services or use automated systems excessively in a manner that disrupts the experience for other users[cite: 333, 334, 335, 336, 337].
